On a positive note, the hotel's location was convenient, with a subway station just a short walk away. There were also many cafes and shops nearby, making it easy to find places to eat and explore. the hotel was close to the national museum, allowing guests to easily visit and enjoy its exhibits.
Some of the details at the hotel were overlooked, such as a broken jacuzzi, a small TV that didn't fully function, and a lack of concern from the staff when reporting these issues.

We booked a suite on the top floor with a spa bath, big balcony, comfy bed, and couch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel is in a good location for exploring popular attractions like the Colosseum and Victoria station. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff, especially Harry at the front desk, was helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The room was comfortable, modern, and impeccably clean, with a kind housekeeper who ensured everything was super clean. The location, just a few stops away from the archeological museum on the metro, provided easy access to transportation and all the sightseeing spots in this city.

The hotel provided great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location near the center of Athens allowed for easy exploration of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a great washroom and some even had a balcony or an enormous terrace which provided amazing views of the city. Breakfast was included and offered many options to choose from.
All was well, nothing to complain about.

The hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from the metro station and close to all the main attractions. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a big shower. We also enjoyed the fast internet connection, which allowed us to stay connected.
We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast.

Upon arrival, we were really surprised to be upgraded to a 5-star hotel in a prime location. The manager even paid for our cab fare! The room was luxurious and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its really good service and value for money.
